Cost


Cancellation policy: The minimum cancellation fee is $15. For events exceeding $15, 50% of the trip cost is non-refundable. This includes cancelling and then re-registering for the same trip at a later time. Please make sure your plan changes are final.

A full refund will be issued if the trip is cancelled or you can no longer attend due to a trip postponement.

Additional cancellation fees may apply for events that incur additional expenses such as non-refundable per-person permit fees, campground deposits, and food preparation. Additional cancellation fees are waived if someone on the wait list is able to take your spot.

No refund is available for cancellations within 48 hours prior to the event or for no-shows.

Refunds are issued via PayPal, using the same email address that was used to make your trip payment. You will receive an automated email from PayPal to indicate that your refund has been processed.
