Aye Caramba Backpack -- April 26-27, 2008

Backpack with us through one of the most beautiful and remote valleys in San Jacinto wilderness, Tahquitz Valley, which is dotted with stately pines, beautiful pockets of snow, and surrounded by breathtaking peak views over the desert divide.  We will trek to the remote Caramba Camp to set up base-camp and later in the afternoon climb up to the 360 degree views of Caramba Peak.  The next morning we continue our semi-loop journey through pastoral Tahquitz Meadow.  Cost includes Saturday night's dinner and post trip lunch.
